Our photographer Matt Rupp posted some photos from the wedding on his website: www.mattrupp.com. If you click on the large image of us it will launch a gallery of photos. We think he did an excellent job of capturing the day, and we’re looking forward to seeing the rest of the photos soon.
Thanks Matt for all your hard work, they’re great!

It has become apparent that our engagement pictures in the snow are over due. Right now in Pittsburgh it’s 78 degrees, not exactly wool coat and stocking hat weather. So last week Joe and I went to the park where we got engaged and took some more engagement photos. This time instead of snow and sub-zero temperatures cutting our shoot short, it was thunder and lightening, but we managed to get a few good shots in before the downpour.
Look for one of these in a local paper near you soon, well only in you live in Archbold or Grandview!

Coming soon to a mailbox near you… hand printed invitations. We decided to screen print our wedding invitations, and we’re really excited about how they turned out. It did involved turning my dinning room into a print shop and living room into a drying rack, but it was well worth it.
The process was a little time consuming, and we bought way too much ink. Let us know if you need anything printed in mulberry or yellow, we’re taking orders.
Thanks to all our Pittsburgh friends who helped fold, band and tie after the printing was over, you were truly a huge help.

So Joe and I are pretty artsy, I mean he is a ceramic artist and and I am a graphic designer. You would think that we could take a couple decent photos of ourselves… however, we found that taking your own engagement pictures outside in the snow on one of the coldest days of the year is not as easy as it might seem.
Needless to say our shoot didn’t last long and Joe wasn’t very excited about my final pose idea that involved laying in the snow. But in the end we did get a few photos from the outing and of course one to put on our homepage for now as we finalize details of the wedding. Enjoy!
